Theodore Prince is senior vice president for marketing and sales for Optimization Alternatives Limited, Inc. an Austin, Texas company that develops and deploys large-scale control and decision support systems to manage freight transportation.
He was formerly senior vice president and chief operating officer of “K” Line’s North American trades, responsible for its management and profitability. Prince was also the executive vice president and chief operating officer of The Rail-Bridge Corporation, “K” Line’s domestic inland subsidiary. He was with “K” Line America for 10 years. Prior to that, he was with Conrail and its motor carrier subsidiary for nine years.
He has spent his career in the transportation industry, spending 20 years working for a variety of surface transportation carriers. He has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a M.S. in Transportation from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
